We are a dedicated team of professionals originally from Sri Lanka, now residing in the United Kingdom, united by a shared commitment to supporting communities in need across Sri Lanka. Over the past several years, we have actively contributed to humanitarian efforts, providing aid and support to those most affected by hardship and conflict.
With the support of the Tamil diaspora in the UK, we have established a registered charitable organization in the United Kingdom. Our mission is to empower and uplift vulnerable communities in Sri Lanka by addressing their immediate needs and fostering sustainable development.
As part of our future initiatives, we plan to collaborate with cooperative societies in Sri Lanka. Through this grassroots approach, we aim to strengthen local economies, promote self-reliance, and improve the living conditions of the most affected populations, particularly in regions that have experienced prolonged social and economic challenges.
We seek to create a poverty-free, equitable, and peaceful society in the war-affected and economically disadvantaged regions of Sri Lanka.
Our mission is to empower these communities by supporting the formation of cooperatives and people-centred enterprises that are jointly owned and democratically governed by their members. These enterprises will enable individuals to achieve their economic, social, and cultural aspirations through collective effort.
Rooted in the principles of fairness, equality, and sustainability, these cooperative models will act as engines of long-term prosperity. They will foster self-reliance, social cohesion, and inclusive development.
Through this holistic and community-driven approach, we aim to eradicate poverty and build resilient, thriving communities capable of shaping and securing their own futures.
